Wake AI Privacy Policy

Effective date: 16/10/2026 · Developer: Skye Fischer · Last updated: 16/10/2026

Wake AI (“the App”) is an alarm clock with wake-up games, available on iPhone and Android. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Information stored only on your device

Optional account

You can use alarms without an account. If you create an optional account, we store the following with our backend provider, Supabase:

We use this information only to provide account features: signing in, friends and streaks, and your personal sound library.

What the App does not use

This version of Wake AI does not use your microphone, does not access your contacts, does not place or receive phone calls, and does not use AI voice services such as OpenAI. The App contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or crash-reporting services.

How we share information

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties, except with service providers needed to run the App:

We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Security

Data sent between the App and our services is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

Data retention and account deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the App under Settings > Delete Account, or by following the instructions on our account deletion page. Deleting your account permanently removes your account, profile/username, friends and streak data, and uploaded sounds and videos. No data is kept after deletion, except where required by law.

Children

Wake AI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
